Maybe it has to do with growing up in the Kansas heartland, but I've always had an affinity for the colossal grain elevator structors. These towering beauties occasionally border the edge of urban and and rural life and can typically be seen from miles away. Their weathered exteriors become a textural display of chipped paint, water stains, rust, and crumbling crevices. This collectively creates an abstract beauty of varying elements that I personally enjoy.
